My Client is seeking a Senior IGA Engineer or IGA Architect with strong experience in SailPoint to join their Identity & Access Management practice. This role focuses on delivering and optimising Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients, working across the full project lifecycle in a client-facing, consultative environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, or ISC) and a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management. Experience with Microsoft Entra, authentication technologies, SAP access management, or PAM tools (Delinea, CyberArk) is highly desirable.
The role is offered at Senior Engineer or Architect level, depending on experience, with the Architect role taking ownership of solution design, technical leadership, and delivery oversight.
Design and implement SailPoint IGA solutions aligned to security and compliance requirements
Deliver identity lifecycle processes (JML, access requests, certifications, RBAC, SoD)
Integrate IGA platforms with HR systems, AD/Entra, LDAP, and target applications (REST, SCIM, JDBC)
Develop and customise workflows, rules, and integrations
Support IAM initiatives including SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication
Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and produce technical documentation
Mentor junior engineers and resolve complex IGA/IAM issues
Senior Engineer
3-5 years' experience delivering IGA solutions
Strong SailPoint expertise (IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, or ISC)
Solid IAM knowledge (SSO, MFA, Entra ID, SAML, OAuth)
Scripting and API integration experience (PowerShell, JavaScript, REST, SCIM)
Architect
5+ years' IGA experience with proven solution architecture and technical leadership
Experience designing scalable, secure IGA architectures and overseeing delivery
Salary up to £100,000 + bonus
